  Have been a customer for several years and I am very happy with the service I have received.
  The mechanics are competent and forthright with their assessments and their advice.
  Not the spit and polish associated with a big car dealership, however I for one am more interested in knowing what needs doing, what was done and having confidence in what was delivered.
  I take a dim view of someone who plays the 'race' card when I suspect the issue was simply the straightforward, forthright approach, as distinct from the yes-sir-no-sir-three-bags-full-sir approach that some people seem to expect.
